Apartment Belén

This apartment is centrally located and within walking distance from the railway station and the beach. Yet, it is situated in a quiet street. The building, which is brand new, has an elegant entrance that leads to a lift. The apartment is situated on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and an integrated small dining room and modern fitted kitchinette.

The apartment is fully equipped for 2 people, with bedsheets and towels. It is comfortably and cosily decorated. As you go in, you find the kitchen on the right and a table with chairs. After that there is a bedroom with a double bed and two big wardrobes. At the end of a short corridor we have the living room with the sofa bed and T.V.. The windows here give on to a small street with hardly any traffic.

There are fans on the ceilings in the bedroom and living-room, and central heating in every corner, including the bathroom.
